Before joining Midwestern, Douglas sharpened his craft at PACCAR (Braden) Winch and Womack Systems, designing custom hydraulic power units and application-specific assemblies for oilfield, industrial, and utility markets. A graduate of Oklahoma State University and a Certified Fluid Power Specialist, Douglas writes about hydraulic design, sidebooms and Winch Attachments, R&D best practices, and modern manufacturing—always with a focus on precision, safety, and real-world performance.
